One of India’s most iconic motorcycles, the Royal Enfield Bullet 350, is back in style in its latest 2024 incarnation. With a legacy spanning over 90 years, the Bullet continues to win with its retro styling, amazing exhaust note and now improved refinement and performance. Here’s everything you need to know about the latest Royal Enfield Bullet 350, including its specifications, features, price and whether it’s worth buying.

Royal Enfield Bullet 350 – Key Features

Engine: 349cc, Single-cylinder, J-platform engine

Power: 20.2 bhp @ 6100 rpm

Torque: 27 Nm @ 4000 rpm

Mileage: 35-40 km/l (claimed)

Price in India: ₹1.74 lakh – ₹2.16 lakh (ex-showroom)

Design and Build Quality

The new Bullet 350 retains the classic old style that fans love – the signature teardrop fuel tank, round headlamp, chrome accents and timeless stance. However, Royal Enfield has made subtle improvements to the fit and finish. The paint quality, badging and metal parts feel more premium than ever before.

The bike continues to use a sturdy steel frame, now upgraded to the J-series chassis, which improves stability and ride comfort.

Mileage and Maintenance

The real mileage of the new Bullet 350 is between 35 to 40 km/l, depending on riding style. Service intervals are every 5000 km, and Royal Enfield’s extensive service network makes it easy to maintain.

Engine Performance

One of the biggest updates on the 2024 Royal Enfield Bullet 350 is the engine. It now shares the J-platform 349cc engine found on the Classic 350 and Meteor.  This air-oil cooled motor produces:

20.2 bhp of power at 6100 rpm

27 Nm of torque at 4000 rpm

Ride and Handling

The updated chassis has transformed the riding experience. The suspension setup – telescopic front forks and twin rear shocks – soaks up road bumps with ease. Whether you’re gliding through city traffic or cruising on highways, the Bullet 350 is more stable and composed.

Single-channel ABS (on the base variant) with front disc brakes offers good stopping power. Higher variants get dual-channel ABS for added safety.

Features and Instrument Console

Royal Enfield has kept things simple, yet stylish.  The instrument cluster now combines analogue with a small digital display – showing: Trip meters, Fuel gauge, Odometer and Service reminders.
