CMF Phone 2 Teaser: CMF, a sub-brand of the popular mobile brand Nothing, is all set to launch its new smartphone in the Indian market soon. CMF has released a teaser on its social media. The teaser gives a glimpse of the phone’s camera module and design. The company has also shared a short promotional video on its official X account.
CMF Phone 2 Teaser Look
CMF has posted a teaser image on its official X (formerly Twitter) account with the tagline ‘Coming Soon’. The image shows off CMF’s unique orange rear panel. This is in contrast to the dual-camera setup of its predecessor, the CMF Phone 1.
CMF Phone 2 Features
The first smartphone introduced by Nothing sub-brand CMF, the CMF Phone 1, was launched in July last year and was priced at Rs. 15,999. This model had 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The CMF Phone 2 is also expected to launch at a similar price.
The teaser shows that the CMF Phone 2 may feature a single rear camera sensor. The previous CMF Phone 1 smartphone had a dual rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary Sony sensor and a portrait sensor. The new phones could use better camera software and image processing.
The phone is said to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset. The same chipset was also found in the recently launched Motorola Edge 60 Fusion. This is said to be good for the speed and gaming performance of the phone.
The company has shared four Pokemon images. These include Bulbasaur, Giraffarrig, Hootoot, and Gligor. Apart from this, the other three codenames could be related to three different devices which are a smartwatch, TWS earbuds and a neckband.
The exact name or release date of the smartphone was not revealed in this post. Rumours were circulating in the past that the CMF Phone 2 would be launched soon. According to some sources, the CMF Phone 2 is expected to be launched by the end of April.
Furthermore, a microsite for the new CMF smartphone is now live on Flipkart. It shows a glimpse of the phone’s camera module and has the tagline ‘In Search of the Perfect Shot’. This suggests that the new CMF smartphone will be sold via Flipkart.
